For the first time in its 55-year history, “Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest” is adding a Central Time Zone countdown live from Chicago, hosted by hometown hero Chance the Rapper. The event features an all-star lineup including legendary Chosen Few DJ Mike Dunn, award-winning poet J. Ivy, and blues vocalist Shemekia Copeland. Custom art projections by Nick Cave will illuminate THE MART from 7-9pm before performances begin, culminating in a spectacular fireworks show launched from bridges along the Riverwalk at midnight.
